JOSHUA BULLEN JOINS A COLD WALL AS DESIGNER IN RESIDENCE
A COLD WALL, has appointed Joshua A. Bullen as the brand’s first Designer In Residence. Bullen, whose previous roles include Head of Design Stone Island, Design Director of Menswear Givenchy and Design Director Kenzo, joins as part of a progressive new model for A COLD WALL. Working within a renewed aesthetic framework, he will bring his own interpretation of the brand’s codes, solidifying its ethos of “refined in form, purposeful in function.”
“It is a privilege to be working with A COLD WALL and sharing my experiences with those of the brand. A COLD WALL represents to me: community, culture, lifestyle but most importantly good design. Bringing together friends and enjoying creativity to take ACW into its next chapter.”
- Joshua Bullen
“Having known Josh professionally for many years, this feels like a natural coming together. A meaningful and long-term design and cultural philosophy is built on trust and patience, and that trust already exists between us, so we start from a strong foundation. Josh's background and his previous work speak for themselves. We are in a difficult moment for the fashion industry, but moments of change bring opportunity: the chance to think slightly differently, learn from the past, and shape a new vision.”
- Ben Banks, Group CEO, Four Marketing
Bullen’s first collection will debut in Paris for AW27.
