If one was to research creative companies of legend and folklore, delving deep into the lexicons of past strategic and branding intelligentsia, chances are your curious cursor would land on Surface to Air.

Surface to Air were to creativity and intelligent brand amplification what The Sex Pistols and The Buzzcocks were to making you alter your record collection and change both your personal aesthetic and social group.

They were the silent disruptors, rarely seen in the flesh yet always heard via their work and commitment to think outside of the proverbial box and push brands to commit to acts of wanton bravery and on occasion anarchy to cut thru the white noise ... some would say S2A were the last bastions of avant garde, DaDa-esque punk rock art direction when it came to making indelible waves in the industry via their next level creative thinking and application of unconventional yet highly effective & disruptive methods.

Surface to Air can lay testament to being ‘the' legendary brand and creative agency firmly stationed behind shutters and ensconced within the courtyards of Paris that functioned in the whirlwind, phantasmagorical world of fashion, music and art, working with  luminaries, legends and villains from the likes of of Justice, Kanye West, Kim Gordon, Adidas, Barneys, Beams, Loveless... to name a few.

The fire that burned red hot and bright around Surface to Air was put out many moons ago, as the industry within which they regularly challenged and upset, started to represent the polar opposite of what they wanted from following the albeit paradox of both purism and order out of chaos when it came to executing their creativity … however now, from the aforementioned ashes of Surface to Air, not unlike a mythical bird morphing from a missile, we are presented with Phoenix Rising.

OG S2A collective members Daniel Jackson and Nic Jones have reconnected via the mediums of technology and digital communication to formulate something tangible and physical - with a message. 

The 'Duo Dynamique’ are to drop the teaser T around the US elections, and will launch a musical inspired collection for late Spring 2021.

The ‘No Brains’ T-shirt launches via https://hitandrun.ltd/collections/phoenix-rising with all profits going to WarChild. 

Hit and Run aim to inspire others whilst making a change. With a supply chain that minimises waste and environmental harm, they are the ‘anti-fast fashion’ printers that are here to shake things up.
