Allowing them the space and freedom to express their thoughts and convictions, from London to Tokyo, Paris to LA.

Forth in the Horizons Series, côte&ciel profile New Zealand native, James Oliver, Founder and Editorial Director of street culture magazines THE NEW ORDER & HER, which showcase, spotlight and champion designers around the globe whether that be in fashion and design or art and culture. 

Based out of Tokyo, James’s aim and vision is straight forward but progressive, to amplify the global evolution and commentary on subculture.
