CÔTE&CIEL SS22: THE BRICK SERIES
Virtually since its inception in 2008, côte&ciel has stuck to its guns and kept true to what made them strong in the first place — offering explorative, often challenging alternatives to conventional bag designs. Now, almost 15 years later, the brand presented yet another modern effort to remain an innovative fashion and accessories industry leader, offering a range of reworked and new backpacks messenger bags with unmatched versatility.
For SS22 the Paris label introduced a new colour to its line-up: brick-red. This new hue runs across some of the brand’s iconic and commercially successful offerings such as the SARU and YUKON, two highly adaptable backpacks. Two newcomers have also been added into the mix: the KAMA, a more classic backpack that can be expanded easily by unzipping its front pocket, and the TANANA, a compact crossbody bag.
Furthermore, classic models were revisited with bike commuting in mind —the newly evolved ISAURAU VELO and INN VELO can now be secured on to a bike frame.
This whole new brick-red line-up will soon sit in the brand’s first Parisian retail space which has been painted to resemble the French sky in hues of blue and pink.
